During our normal operating hours. the room rental fee is waived. We ask that you make a purchase from the cafe during your visit.
The Latte Room is available for rent after hours for $80/hour.
The whole cafe can be rented out after hours for $200/hour.

Information about rental
Payment
Payment must be made to reserve the room after hours. Payment can be made over the phone or by cash or card in person at the cafe.
No refunds. Rescheduling will be allowed with 3+ days notice.
Policies
Decoration can be hung in the window and walls with tape. Please keep noise at a respectable level.
Outside food is allowed, drinks must be purchased from Sweetfern. No alcohol.
After event, please remove the decorations. Our staff will clean the tables and floor.
Renters will be allowed 30 minutes before and after rental time for set up and clean up.
Smoking, flames, amplified music, and alcohol are prohibited in our space.
For emergencies, a first aid kit is available; call 911 if needed. If assistance is needed, step into the cafe and we can dial 911 for you.
Paying to room rental fee for The Latte Room confirms your agreement to these terms.
